Hotel Canton is placed in the Gothic Quarter, next to Las Ramblas and the harbour. In few minutes walking, you can reach the beach, the Cathedral, Catalunya Square, the Picasso Museum, the Acuarium, the comercial and leisure centre Maremagnum and the business centre World Trade Center.
There is an excelent communication by public transport to other sights of the city, the airport and the Congress Hall and Fairground “Fira de Barcelona”. Several bus lines, underground, Touristic Bus, Aerobus and taxi stop.

If you arrive from the El Prat Airport:
a) Bus: Take the “Aerobus” until the end (Plaça Catalunya). Then take the Metro “Catalunya” (Line 3, green colour) until the stop of “Drassanes”. From Las Ramblas, just in front of “Colon” Monument, turn in Anselm Clavè street until Nou de Sant Francesc street. Approximate cost and time: 8 Eur / 45 min.
b) Train: Take the train at the airport until “Sants-Estació” or the following station “Passeig de Gràcia”. Then take the Metro in Line 3 (green colour) until the stop of “Drassanes”. From Las Ramblas, just in front of “Colon” Monument, turn in Anselm Clavè street until Nou de Sant Francesc street. Approximate cost and time: 6 Eur / 40 min.
c) Taxi: Taxi will drive you until the Hotel´s entrance. Approximate cost and time: 35 Eur / 30 min.
If you arrive from the Girona Airport:
Take the bus from the company Sagalés, that will leave you in the bus station “Estació del Nord” in Barcelona. From there, you can take a taxi direct to the hotel or you can take the underground, line 1( colour red) in “Arc deTriomf” to the stop of “Plaça Catalunya” and there change to the line 3 (colour green) to the stop of “Drassanes”. From Las Ramblas, just in front of “Colon” Monument, turn in Anselm Clavè street until Nou de Sant Francesc street. Approximate cost and time: 14 Eur / 2 h.
If you arrive by train:
In the Renfe-Train stations “Sants Estació”, “Passeig de Gracia” or “Catalunya”, you can take the underground, line 3 (colour green), until the stop of “Drassanes”. From Las Ramblas, just in front of Colon Monument, turn in Anselm Clavè Street until Nou de Sant Francesc Street.
If you arrive by car:
Take Ronda Litoral, exit 21 “Ciutat Vella, La Rambla”. The hotel doesn’t own car park, but there is a private one just 50m away, in Anselm Clavé Street, that offers a discount for our guests.
If you arrive by boat:
a) Bus: Take the “Port-Bus” until the monument “Colón”. Turn in Anselm Clavè Street until Nou de Sant Francesc Street. Approximate cost and time: 2 Eur / 10 min.
b) Taxi: Taxi will drive you until the Hotel´s entrance. Approximate cost and time: 15 Eur / 10 min.
c) Walking: From the harbour terminals “Drassanes”, “Transmediterranea” or International “Nord” or “Sud”. Approximate time: 10 min.
